I’ve taken my vehicle to Steve’s a couple times now and have been very impressed with the openness, honesty, and friendliness of the staff. They send you a vehicle status report that goes through every service and whether or not they recommend any type of maintenance. I feel that I can trust them with my car and look forward to returning in the future. Services: Brakes, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Air & cabin filter replacement, Transmission

They refused to give me a quote to replace my transmission over the phone. I would have to pay to tow the truck to then for them to give me a quote. I am shopping around for my son and can't afford to tow the vehicle all over the state to get a quote!

Orville, we agree with you that a phone quote would be very convenient, however, without one of our certified mechanics putting the truck through our estimate process we'd have no way to guarantee that any quote we offered was accurate. We'd rather get a 1-star review from you now for recommending that you get a proper, professional, and guaranteed quote than to get a 1-star review from you later complaining that the price to fix the truck was different from the phone quote you initially received. With more than 40 years of experience repairing and maintaining vehicles we know for a fact that phone quotes are not reliable. We have no hard feelings and wish you the best!

This was my first time going to Steve’s. Ray was so kind when scheduling my appointment. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at the clean office and waiting area. I only came in for an oil change yet they pulled my tires off and checked my brakes. I will for sure be a return customer. Service: Brakes

My right rear tire rode broke took it in cuz me and my friend didint want to change it ourselves we already checked with autozone it was a 40$ part and ray said they were paying 270$ for the part and it would cost around 1800$ to fix honestly if you wanna get lied to by mechanics this is the place for you, and me and my friend fixed my car for 40$ Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair
