I can't say enough good about the work done here. The tire shop accidentally stripped my hub on my Volkswagen Jetta and it was towed in after hours. They called me first thing in the morning, reviewed the issue, called back with the assessment and sent photos and documentation by text. My car was ready the same day at 11 AM and I was on my way. Not Happy for an Oil change kept me waiting for an hour.

We're very sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Unlike the quick lube shops we perform a true safety and maintenance inspection on your vehicle when we perform an oil change so you can have the assurance that your vehicle is safe and reliable to drive and this process does take a little extra time. It seems that this procedure may not have been properly explained to you up front, so please accept my sincere apology. They take pride in their work and show you that they are doing what is needed not what they can do to make money. Love how they took pic of everything they said needed to be done and sent it to me. Then they ask what I wanted done. They even gave me estimates on how much everything would cost as well. Very forward with nothing hidden like other places.

I called to get prices on an alignment for my BMW and alot of places I called were in the range of $150-180, they quoted me $84.95! Laura helped me when I called and she was very cheerful and helpful and knowledgeable in what I needed done, and how long it would take. She even offered if I needed a Uber somewhere after I dropped of my car they would do that for me. I would recommend Steve's Automotive to anyone!

If you have any issues with your vehicle you need to come here! Been here a couple times! We were past due on our tag renewal but we had to get a part replaced on our car to pass emissions and as stressful as it is to balance work life and personal errands. The staff at Steve’s automotive reassured us they will take care of us and they did it all there . We had to leave our car overnight but they paid for an Uber there and back . I could go on about how much I appreciate the employees here . So like I said if you ever have a auto problem or just regular maintenance Steve’s is the place !
