When you come here ask for Ryan he is very knowledgeable and is willing to get down to the details of the work that will be done and why they charge what they do. He will talk to you at your level of knowledge and help you to fully understand what they will be doing and he earned the three stars! If he's not the manager he should be one! They also offer financing options if the cost of the service is a little too rich. And they always go over the pricing options based on the quality of the product you want. Their facility has wifi and they offer free water and soda while you wait! There is another man there who is the complete opposite of Ryan.... and he is the reason for losing a star. He doesn't have very good customer service skills and made me feel like he was talking down to me and pressuring me to get the service done. And this is based off of two separate occasions that I have come here

Steve's Tire & Automotive is awesome. They diagnose quickly and thoroughly, stick to the estimate, and complete the work professionally. I always go to Steve's for anything mechanical. They are the best. Great warranty as well.

I cannot say good enough things about this shop, especially michael. I have a 2008 BMW that has continuously broken down and this shop has been the only one to fix it for under 6k. He did a few things for free or discounted them (even after i told him i had no money) because he insisted he couldnt see the car leave the same way it came in. He accommodates his customers very well, and the mechanics are extremely talented and fast, so theres no time wasted, so less money. I refuse to take both of my BMW’s to any other shop from this point on, and only wish Id have found Steves sooner. Definitely recommend to anyone, for any kind of work done.
