Very honest about the repairs and cost of repair compared to other shops like ShadeTree which wanted 3x what this place wanted. Still pricy though.

Great people. The receptionist, Sarah (sp), is so polite and always smiling. The prices for what we needed done was way outta our price range. But they explained everything down to the last detail. Great business. I had an excellent experience at Steve's Automotive Specialists.
