I want to give a high recommendation for Steve's automotive. As someone in the industry, I appreciate taking my car to an automotive repair facility and trusting that they are going to take care of your car properly. I had a slight scheduling issue, and spoke to the manager, and it was resolved immediately! I respect that. Also my car was done on time and I received a full report, Both online and also with a phone call. I have recommended many people to Steve's in the past, and I will continue to, even my children. Took my 1962 impala to get the carburetor accelerator pump replace and the carburetor cleaned because it wasn’t running quite right. they told me that they put some fuel additive in it and that it didn’t need any other work to the carburetor but it needed a condenser and points me knowing that a condenser only cost around $13 in the high end and points are usually around the same. My bill ended up being $429 they charged me a 300% markup on the parts and $169 dollars in labor. I did not make it a block away before my car stopped running because the accelerator pump needs replaced and the carburetor needs cleaned and to top it off the broke a part of my interior and removed the covers from the emergency brake. Plain and simple they seen the nice car and took advantage of what they thought to be a easy mark.

My choice when need to make sure what going on with vehicle. Won't do you wrong. Had alignment done at dealership as part of a warranty job had done. Ended up with something sounding loose. Dealership said something totally different. Bottom line- I trust Steve's.

This place is amazing I came in very last minute and was able to leave my car there and they got me in the next day. I’ve been to this place before and they have always been so great and so nice and phenomenal my absolute favorite place to leave my car and know everything will be taken care of in the best way and very good price and just my absolute favorite place to go for anything. Fixed my AC same day and was reasonable on price. Definitely recommend. My car (subaru sti) is fairly modified as well and they had no issues navigating the repairs.

I have gone to the same mechanic for 20 years. I always got a good price, professional customer service and never left unhappy. I recently moved to sandy and didn’t want to drive the 25 miles to my mechanic. I gave Steve’s auto shop a try after a referral and all I can say is they totally won me over. I am aware of issues that come up with cars. My AC needed refrigeration refill and Steve’s took care of me at a good price. I really liked that they send a full diagnostic with what the vehicle manufacturers recommend. When I went to pick my car up they let me talk to the mechanic and HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS it was amazing. They won me over by far which says a lot for a loyal customer of 20 years.
