The first auto shop that I have found since moving here that takes care of the customer. I came in for an oil change and they looked over the entire car, providing detailed printed quotes. I am glad I stopped in and will be using Steve's from now on.

I had an excellent experience with this garage. The advisor was knowledgeable and provided me with multiple quotes and options for repair. The customer service agent Brittany was friendly, completely on top of things and made my experience wonderfully smooth and memorable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a car, bit especially to someone with a foreign car. There guys know their stuff about imports and give you a good price as well !

I didn't end up going with Steve's for my engine replacement due to cost but I have to give them kudo's for the great service. They gave me a free evaluation (most places want at least $50) and got me right in the next day. They also gave me a free shuttle ride back to my work. They were a little on the pricey side which they said was due to some extra services they provide when swapping engines. However, I checked with the other shops and they do the same services but are less expensive. Not sure where the discrepancy is but either way, I'm afraid I had to go with another shop for this project. However, if I need another quote or service I'll most certainly go back to Steve's to get a quote or advice.

The staff at Steve's Automotive Specialists provide 5-star service. I felt completely educated about the work that needed to be done on my car and it made paying the bill a lot easier. Let's face it- nobody prays for car repair expenses, but when your car needs work, I highly recommend this place. I signed up for the car care plan and it is already saving me money on maintenance.

Had some car trouble on my way from Ohio, to Cali. Luckily I found this place on my travels. Not only did they figure out what's wrong with my car, they gave me different options on what we could do to work with my budget. Also with no place to go the shuttled me to a hotel for the night and picked me up the next day. Awesome shop. Tanesha who works the front is super friendly and helpful. Overall this has been a great experience.

I had a clutch replaced on my car here. They were honest and did it for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with my service and the clutch worked great. Now I am currently back to get more work done on another one of my vehicles.

The staff is super friendly and always watching out for possible issues on your car. They take time out to make sure you understand what's going on with your car and why they need to fix it the way they do. Also their shuttle service is super helpful. I will continue to come here for years to come.

I stumbled upon Steve's automotive a few months ago when I needed some work done. I'm sure glad I did! They're knowledgeable, very fair priced and do great work. I just recently took my car back in for some more routine maintenance. I always shop around prices but you can't beat the quality and piece of mind you get with steves automotive its priceless in itself. They actually seem to care and give you real recommendations instead of just trying to get more money out of you. Randy has been the best to work with!!

Staff is friendly and always has your best interest in mind. They are great at fixing your car and making you feel take care of. I recommend them over jiffy lube, who I have been going to for years.
