Went in to have my car looked at because the steering wheel shook when I drove it on the freeway. I was told via text by Randy that they didn't notice the shake, but found a blown shock, front brakes bad, needed new rotors, my tires were cupping, and I needed a tire rotate and balance. I said thank you and told him I was coming down to pick up my car and will talk it over with my husband. Randy then pressured me to leave my car there and let them fix it, all while talking to me in a condescending voice for wanting to pick up my car - and needing to talk it over w my husband first. I then asked for a price quote and when he gave it to me it was well over $1800. Tiffany at the front desk was awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her. But I walked away feeling like my car had several things that were "wrong with it" that weren't really wrong with it. The way Randy handled the situation with me made me not want to get my car fixed there at all. I took it to a different auto shop the next day and they told me my shocks were fine and all I needed was new brake pads and rotors on the front, and the out the door price including parts and labor was less than $500. I'm not sure if I had a bad experience, or if it was because I was a woman, or if Randy was having a bad day, but either way I was not a fan and will not be taking my car here in the future or recommending this place to anyone.

As I investigated your visit further I found based on our mechanic's report and the pictures he took of the issues on your vehicle (which we sent to you) that the repairs Randy recommended were appropriate, however, the explanation you received of why and how those repairs would have solved your initial concern of the steering wheel shaking was not adequate. I know this was a rough start to our new business relationship but I can promise that if you'll give us just one more chance we'll do whatever it takes to prove to you that we won't let this happen again! - Richard (Manager)
