The first time I used Steve’s I rated them 5 stars. This was my second time and it was very disappointing. The communication was terrible. The first time I took my sons car to them, they called me to discuss the issues and walked me through everything. When the car was finished they called. It was smooth and a good experience. So good that I returned. Second time I just got emails of the recommended service. No phone call. No explanation of anything. Not my favorite but ok, fine. We brought the car in on a Thursday early afternoon. On Friday at 5:00 I still hadn’t heard from them. When I called they said the car wasn’t done and that they were closed on weekends. So they were planning g on closing for the weekend, and keeping the car for two more days without even a phone call. When I told them this wasn’t ok he said he’d talk to the mechanic. He came back to the phone and, miraculously, the car was finished. Maybe they were going to call me? But it was 5:00 on a Friday and that’s when they close so I’m guessing not. It was just such a different customer experience than what I had experienced the first time.

I had an alignment done. Its a busy place so I had to leave it for the day.
