My WRX clutch dropped 1/4 mile from this shop, so I took my chances. They called me in an hour and said it had fixed itself, picked it up the next day and they wouldn’t charge me for the diagnostic. These guys could have charged me for a laundry list of stuff, but they didn’t. They are HONEST and friendly.

What a great company. I took my truck into the dealership to do some routine maintenance. They told my I needed to replace a part. They quoted me a price to ro replace it. I almost told them to do it, but then decided to take it to Doug's. They quoted me a lower price, but then they asked me why I wanted to replace it. I told them why and they said they didn't see anything wrong with it. I've been driving it for several months now, including towing a trailer witi any issues. Doug's has always treated me right.

With appointment almost 2 hours for an oil change. Great price and went through a lot. If you don't need your car for awhile and have the time.
