I am very pleased that I took my car to Steve’s. They took extra time to explain the issues revealed in the diagnostic. I highly recommend their service. They fixed every concern I expressed.

I brought my Toyota Tacoma in to Steve’s Automotive for an oil change. Nate and the crew were very helpful and looked over my truck in detail! I have spent well over $8,000 dollars here in a very short time span. I was recently quoted another $2,000 dollars for a job last week. Luckily, I called around for quotes at other places this time. It saved me $1,000. Makes me wonder how much money I could have saved if I can went somewhere else before. I don't want to think that anybody is being intentionally dishonest, but that is a huge difference in price. I'm keeping it at 3* because the work was satisfactory in the past and I appreciated the detailed picture description of work done. Price stinks though.

Upfront and transparent with the repairs needing to be made. Costs are definitely more than I would've liked to have paid, but with a German car that's to be expected and the prices honestly were probably competitive to everywhere else and fair, probably a fraction of what the dealer would've charged at their service department. Plus they had a generous warranty on their workmanship, I'd certainly trust them to work on my vehicle again.
