Steve's auto went above and beyond to accommodate me! As a full time student with two jobs, they worked with me to apply a credit card toward my bill as well as called me daily to let me know of the progress. Shawn worked on my vehicle and was warm and patient in explaining the process to me. Tiffany handled my 500 phone calls when I had questions and put a smile on my face with her awesome personality. David also was just as warm and accommodating. Steve's auto is the best in town!

I love Steve's. I have been using their services for almost 30 years. They have found and fixed a squeak that was driving me crazy. The best time to hear it was early in the morning when it was cold out. They kept it over night, drove it early and finally found it. I especially like the maintenance program. I don't have to remember all the things that need to be done on a regular basis. They do it for me!

These guys are great. Referred to me by a fellow I bought a 2002 Mini Cooper from a couple of years ago. They've always been helpful on diagnostics, great on service and repairs, and fair on price. (:-)

I have been taking my car to Steve's for the past two years. It all started with a problem with my door. Their quality work is why I chose them, but the customer service and advice is why I stayed. I would recommend Steve's to all car owners who need a place to give their cars the treatment they deserve.

Steve's Automotive demonstrates extreme professionalism with incomparable commitment and consideration to customer service and continued support for the individual. The staff and employees go above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle is fixed, and equally important, that the consumer is fully knowledgeable of the process. After visiting a local Jiffy Lube (which will be receiving a very different review) one of the techs managed to dislodge a tube on the MAP sensor when checking the air filter. They wouldn't take responsibility and pointed me to Auto Zone, who were avoiding helping me beyond diagnostics. So, I went back to Steven's knowing I could trust them to figure out what others had broken. They were able to set up a time the next morning so that I would be able to get to work. Long story short, they shuttled me to and from work 30 minutes away, explained the exact issue and did a complete analysis of the car with recommendations all for free. The fix itself was relatively inexpensive and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be returning to Steve's with all other concerns in the future.

Took me to the cleaners. Way to much money for the job they di and did not tell me of other options. Slow service and it took way to long and cost way to much. Will not go back os suggest it to anyone.

Had a misunderstanding with these guys and they went out of there way to make it right. Hard to find a company that would put in that kind of effort. Steve's Auto is somewhere I'd be glad to trust and go back.

These guys are great, always updated me with their progress on my truck. I have an older vehicle (83 Ford F250) that needed a lot of analysis - and not easy in this day and age with my "oldie", and they kept at it and were very honest about everything. I heard about them through word-of-mouth, and it was well worth it. Tiffany, Jimmi, and Matt are all solid folks. Highly recommended.
