I've taken two cars there and both times the staff was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. They had my vehicles ready when promised. I recommend them.

I was not happy with the service I received with my daughter's car. The service adviser did a poor job. Richard the manager found out about my issue and we discussed what had happened. The service adviser no longer works there and Richard refunded the money. You cannot say fairer than that. Thanks

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! The staff are very accommodating and friendly, have great senses of humor when you bring in what you think is a simple problem, and go above and beyond with their customer service to make sure you're happy. Their transparency about pricing is very much appreciated as well. Without a doubt this is our family's new local garage!

Steve's Automotive Specialists has the best customer service! Tiffany was so pleasant to talk to when I called for information, and was even able to set up a ride for me to work and then back to the shop when my car was done. They even offered to take me home if needed. and I live 30 minutes away. Jared gave me a ride to work, and was very pleasant to talk to while he did. Sean went over the results of my oil change and inspection, giving me piece of mind about my vehicle. The price is exactly as quoted, and they will call before any work is done that has not been discussed with you. This place is excellent!

Let me recommend the best automotive repair place I have ever experienced. Their people know what they are doing, they are friendly, n care about you and your car. My first experience was with my Range Rover where they did an amazing jobs of my 60,000 mile maintenance and new breaks. My latest experience was even better. My son took his Acura MDX to a local dealer for just a routine maintenance when I received the infamous, "something major is wrong, that will be $1500," call from the dealership. I told my son no way and said let's take the car into Steve's and see what they say, because I trust them to tell us the truth. Sure enough, they checked it out and what the dealership told us was complete BS. Want here something even more amazing. We went into pick it up after the inspection and they smiled and said "no charge" guys. So if you are thinking of taking you car to a dealership rather than Steve's, don't be a idiot like I have been all these years, get with someone you trust and does great work. That's Steve's. I don't normally write reviews, but this one was a pleasure to write. Gary

I took my range rover in for a diagnosis. They told me I had some repairs that needed to be fixed. I followed up with the Range Rover dealer in SLC and was told nothing was wrong with my car! This repair place tried to scam nearly 2k worth of repairs from me when nothing needed to be fixed. Be careful, get second opinions!!!

Great service once again. They were gracious enough to take me to work and pick me up. I will continue to go there as my vehicle needs repairs
