Went to get our car inspected before a big trip due to an engine rumble. After an inspection they ended up replacing a transmission mount (which barely helped). However this review isn't about the fix, it's about the quote. They quoted us over $200 to make the cloudy headlights clear!!! This is an easy thing to do yourself for only ~$15!! They also overquoted us to replace the entire oil filter assembly when it was only a gasket that needed to be replaced. Also one of the techs didn't put back a fixture in correctly. Not happy with this place, the only reason they have such good reviews is due to people being entered into a drawing if they give a good review.

Regarding the headlights, the kit we use costs considerably more than $15 and we follow a process that comes with a lifetime guarantee, parts and labor. It seems you may not have considered the fact that you're paying us to do it. A professional service provider will never be able to do any job for the same price that you can do it yourself and they never will, this is a choice that everyone is free to make for themselves, whether or not they have the time, knowledge, and experience to do something themselves. We estimate our repairs with the highest quality procedures, parts, and warranty in the industry because if we're going to do a job we're going to stand behind it 100%. We can match any legitimate estimate from our competition provided we do the job the same way, use the same quality parts (which differ immensely), and offer the the same warranty. Our experience has proven that shopping for automotive service by price alone usually leads to the poorest quality parts and service. As far as your comment about our reviews, using your same logic, if that were true then you would have left a good review, but you didn't. All of our reviews are legitimate and from real clients, both the happy and the unhappy. The bottom line is that things don't always go as expected, however, we're serious about client satisfaction and if someone is willing to give us the chance we'll do whatever it takes to take the best care of them.
