I was very impressed with Steve's everyone was very kind, charged me what I was quoted and explained they work they did. They even arranged for me to get a ride home while my car was being repaired. I will be using Steve's for all my car care needs.

Employees were professional. Prices were better than expected.

They tried to charge me and my wife for an emissions when our car wasn’t due for one. I had to explain to the staff that the vehicle wasn’t ready for an emissions. They did call me and say I could come get a free oil change but no thanks. They tried to charge me for something I didn’t need once already, won’t happen again.

My right rear tire rode broke took it in cuz me and my friend didint want to change it ourselves we already checked with autozone it was a 40$ part and ray said they were paying 270$ for the part and it would cost around 1800$ to fix honestly if you wanna get lied to by mechanics this is the place for you, and me and my friend fixed my car for 40$

I typically don’t give very many businesses a 5 star rating because when I see reviews with so many 5 star ratings, I get the impression that the business owner’s family members and friends are pumping up the rating status with super-excellent reviews that don’t quite add up to the level of service offered. With that being said, Steve’s Automotive Specialists actually lives up to the reviews it receives online. I happily give it 5 stars for the transparency they have shown me while diagnosing my vehicles. They communicated clearly, keeping me informed every step of the way. I really liked the pictures they send to update you of your car’s problem(s) and felt that the whole process was fairly streamlined, in terms of getting you taken care of; minus the anxiety of wondering if their diagnosis is correct or not. Long story short, if you’re on the fence about trying this particular shop out, then you can hop off the fence because these guys will take good care of you and your vehicle! Highly recommended!

I had an engine failure on the highway and had my car towed here late in the afternoon. They were able to give me a quote the very next day early in the morning. I decided to sell the car due to the repair cost being beyond the car value but they were gracious enough to give me a day to figure out my situation while my car sat there. Communication with them was very good!
