Its hard to find a reliable and honest shop but these guys are great! We used to travel from Pleasant Grove all the way up to their Sandy location every time because we loved their service so much. I'm so glad they now have a location in Orem. They almost always have some kind of a deal/discount going on to save us money and they thoroughly check the car out and let me know what really needs to be done or what can wait.

We saw this shop come into my parents neighborhood and it looked so clean and professional from driving by. My moms air conditioning stopped working in the middle of August. I called in the morning, dropped off the car and was ever so pleased with the service. I felt informed throughout the process and felt that we were treated fairly and appreciated. It was a great value and we are so pleased with the outcome.

We took our car in for a regular oil change and we were blown away. Not only were we able to use a coupon for a discount, but they also did a thorough inspection. I've never experienced an auto shop going above and beyond like they do here! Their inspection allowed us to get ahead of the game and know everything going on with our vehicle, and how to best take care of and maintain it. They also have a very user-friendly system to show photos and tell us their recommendations for repairs. There's nothing better than having someone to help you be aware of and take care of something before it becomes a problem. They have my trust and I will only go to Steve's from now on.

I have always been nervous to take my car to an automotive care place but coming here took all that fear away. Everyone here is super helpful and kind. They made everything easy to understand and we're very quick and accommodating.
