I am the first time customer. I was impressed by their wonderful customer service. They give up-to-date text as they inspect your car.They follow up with you on a few days latter on how your service went. When you leave your car with a service you trust they will take good care of your car. Steve's automotive specialists respect that trust!

Scam. Tried charging my friend for things that didn’t need fixed. Said some parts were worn out when they were only a month old. My friends dad is a Mechanic back East and said to avoid this place

If you have any issues with your vehicle you need to come here! Been here a couple times! We were past due on our tag renewal but we had to get a part replaced on our car to pass emissions and as stressful as it is to balance work life and personal errands. The staff at Steve’s automotive reassured us they will take care of us and they did it all there . We had to leave our car overnight but they paid for an Uber there and back . I could go on about how much I appreciate the employees here . So like I said if you ever have a auto problem or just regular maintenance Steve’s is the place !

I have always appreciated the service and personal care that I get when I take my car in to Steve's Automotive Specialists in Clearfield. They have always gone above and beyond to help me and make sure my car is taken care of and that I have transportation to get where I need to be when my car is in their shop. They also work with me on repairs within my budget to keep my car going. Everybody there treats you like you're family.

My daughter drives a 2007 VW Jetta that we bought for her about 2 years ago, her first car. She's a good driver and takes pretty good care of "Fernando" her name for her car. About a month ago she started mentioning that her car was having a hard time shifting gears so I suggested, after reading the Google reviews that we take it to Steve's Auto to have them check out the transmission for us. I had never been to Steve's Auto before and after having a less than pleasant experience with other auto shops in the area we decided to give someone new a try. We dropped the car off with Randy and within 2 hours he had diagnosed the issue and called me back to let me know what the options were for fixing ol' Fernando. I wasn't charged for the diagnostic work done for the transmission or for the time that Randy took researching our options. The bottom line is that we were treated better at Steve's Auto than just about any other shop I've been in, including the dealership where I've bought multiple new cars. Although Fernando's time has come and he'll be heading off into the horizon we'll definitely be bringing our other vehicles back to Steve's Auto. One of the best experiences I've had in years.

What an Amazing experience I had over at Expertec ! Moonlight diesel wouldn’t even look at my truck without 130 $ down . I was in a pickle with some front end issues on my Ford and was reluctant to have anyone deal with with it , worried about shops not experienced with steering issues . Turns out these guys know what they’re dealing with and had me in and out within 1 hour while I waited . It’s hard to find good service these days I’m a very appreciative customer .
