These guys fixed what most guys couldn't on my Jeep. Left me happy and my 18 year old Jeep feeling like it was brand new off the lot!

I got to say I like Steve's, I usually go to the dealership but that usually takes booking an appointment then having your car gone all day. So I decided I would try Steve's, and I do not regret it at all! They were able to get me in diagnosed and fix all in an afternoon. Another thing I noticed as I was sitting in the lobby waiting listing to the technician help others is, yeah the prices may seem high, but the quality of parts they are using/recommending are good quality. Not some knock off or used part that I may only get 20,000 miles out of instead of an expected 50,000 miles if it was a high quality part.

Unfortunately these guys where super dishonest. I went to go to them about a check engine light that had a few codes on it. I needed one of the codes removed so it could pass utah emissions. After they did the testing they told me that there was a total of five codes and that each of them had to be removed in order to pass emissions. Luckily I knew that wasn't the case. They wanted to charge me over $600 to just find out what the problem was. Of course I refused because I had just bought the car for that price. So took it over to Dave's Canyon auto expecting that I would have to do a smog test to get ride of the CO2 code. But as it turns out the problem was the freaking gas cap. Once the mechanics put on a new GM certified gas cap the light turned off. I then got the emissions done at that place and it passed. Why didn't they tell me about the gas cap? Why did they lie and say that I had to remove all of the codes in order to pass emissions? Quite frankly it was pretty disgusting and very dishonest I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Specialist my ass!

They really go beyond what repair shops normally do. They even got me an Uber home! And went a pulled a part from the wreckers and finished my car sooner than they even said.

Steve's Automotive Specialists was recommended to me by a friend. They far exceeded my expectations! They were kind and professional. I had to get my brakes replaced. They explained everything to me thoroughly. Their inspection diagnosis and recommendations go right to your phone through a text, which was really convenient. I drove from Chicago to salt lake and my transmission light came on. I called 3 shops and all told me I needed an appointment or that they couldn’t service it until the next day. Steve’s immediately answered and told me not to worry and just bring my car in as soon as I can and they would check it out (amazing) they ran my codes in my car and were absolutely so nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They came back and told me everything looked good and that my car was good to go. 10/10 service. If you ever need your car checkout I totally recommend. I’d gladly bring them all the donuts if I could!

Steve's has been my wife's go-to for a while now and this was my first interaction with them. These folks took a coupon for a $29 synthetic blend (dirt cheap, I know) and charged me $70 to do full synth instead (after a phone quote for $50). Like... y'all. I can go to the Walmart a mile from you and buy 5 quarts for you to throw in on top of the $29 and still save money. Great service, a dizzying number of upsells, and they'll rob you blind if you let them. (I let them; I'm spoiled from doing my own oil changes on Subaru so my wife's MINI feels like a PITA -- but I'll def be looking around for a shop that's a bit more ethical.)
