I drove from Chicago to salt lake and my transmission light came on. I called 3 shops and all told me I needed an appointment or that they couldn’t service it until the next day. Steve’s immediately answered and told me not to worry and just bring my car in as soon as I can and they would check it out (amazing) they ran my codes in my car and were absolutely so nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They came back and told me everything looked good and that my car was good to go. 10/10 service. If you ever need your car checkout I totally recommend. I’d gladly bring them all the donuts if I could!

Steve's has been my wife's go-to for a while now and this was my first interaction with them. These folks took a coupon for a $29 synthetic blend (dirt cheap, I know) and charged me $70 to do full synth instead (after a phone quote for $50). Like... y'all. I can go to the Walmart a mile from you and buy 5 quarts for you to throw in on top of the $29 and still save money. Great service, a dizzying number of upsells, and they'll rob you blind if you let them. (I let them; I'm spoiled from doing my own oil changes on Subaru so my wife's MINI feels like a PITA -- but I'll def be looking around for a shop that's a bit more ethical.)

I am so glad I brought my Volkswagen Jetta to Steve's Automotive! The Mechanics are amazing!! I had an engine light turn on and at first they said they would have to do a lot more testing to determine what is exactly going on which would cost A LOT of money but after constant communication they figured out my system went screwy because the battery died a few days before. They didn't Charge me a dime for this inspection, they also gave me a few things I should get done for my car whenever I feel (or have money for) I really like how they keep you updated constantly with photos so you can see what they are doing! I am really impressed with the service and quality of these guys. I will defiantly be back if I have any other issues with my cars!

The owner is super friendly and gives you great peace of mind. Got an oil change and had work done to correct check engine light. They charge for diagnostic time so they can find the real problem. They got everything taken care of that day.

My experience was amazing at Steve’s Automotive! I am hooked! My very first impression of the interior was that it was maintained and designed by men. 2 stars. But, everything else was 10 stars! They were friendly, listened and didn’t remotely talk down to me because I was a women. I got exactly what I needed. I asked them to check some other problems, they ran diagnostics and found several regular maintenance things that had been neglected. I used to go to the Big guys down the street, they never reminded me about these things. My car runs much better now, better than it has for a long time. I am a regular now! Such an incredibly friendly staff! I worked with Ray and he did such an amazing job at showing and explaining the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Even called me an Uber so I could get back to work! Fair price, great work, and such a great experience for someone who doesn't know a thing about cars. I'll definitely be taking my cars back to Ray from here on out!!
