The only reason I even gave a second star is because Dirk is a friendly guy. Otherwise it would have been one star. These guys have always been poor with communication on vehicle status, but my last experience was the deal breaker. Last October I purchased a fuel pump from them that had a 6 month warranty. It failed in January so I returned it and they were supposed to return it to the manufacturer and refund me. I checked in with them in March and they said they were still working on the refund. I got a text from Dirk in July asking if I needed any services done. I responded, asking about the fuel pump and never heard anything. It is now September and I received another text asking if I needed any services. I responded again asking about the fuel pump, and from proven track record, my guess is that I will not get a response back. The same goes for any other service I have had done there. Even on a simple oil change, I would never get a call or text saying that they were finished. I'd have to contact them myself to find out the status. The communication, or lack thereof is beyond ridiculous!
I’m so sorry, I decided to use a shop management texting system, it was a free trial for a month, it seemed to work good at first, it would alert us that a customer had responded to a text they had sent out, and we could open up the program on our computer and respond, but it stopped alerting us, so I called them, after several attempts trying to get it fixed we decided to stop using the program, they told us it was shut down then I would get another charge this went on for 3 months, I believe they finally have stopped sending out text, the best way to get a hold of us is still a phone call.
