We loved the experience we had at Steve's. They answered all our questions and gave us a very detailed explanation on what was wrong with our brakes. They are very time focused and are great with making sure you are kept in the loop. The manager at this location was extremely helpful and very nice. This is definitely our auto shop repair location from now on.

Great mechanics. Solve difficult problems with my cars over and over.

I was honestly shocked when this place quoted me an estimate for a fix on the slave part of my clutch. I described it to the person as my engine revving far more than usual and as a burning smell when I drove it there. *My car's Kelley Blue Book value is around 3k and they quoted me about 3k+ for a repair.* I'm sure they do quality work and I like the text feature of their quotes, but I just feel they are overpriced and I'm not sure if they gave me this price based upon my mom calling in the repair or because I am half-asian. I definitely will not be returning.

Their phone is answered by a real person, communication with service people is impeccable, the work is done promptly and at a reasonable rate. Had service done twice here. Will not go anywhere else in the future.

I went there for their oil change special. Randy told me the drive belt was worn beyond specs and recommend replacing it immediately before it broke and I was stuck in the road. He was pressuring me to leave it there and also get a new blower motor...I knew that needed fixed but not an emergency. I got out of there quick. My nephew got me a new belt to replace and said my belt was in perfect condition and did NOT needed changed. I feel so taken advantage of, I will never go back there. Guess it is true how mechanics try to take advantage of women. 😒

I've heard nothing but good things about this place. So when I had an issue that I couldn't fix I decided to give them a try. Now I tend to try and do things on my own but when I can't I want to know that the folks I'm taking my vehicle to are going to do right by me. They talked to me to get a good idea if the problem I was having. They fixed the issue and I couldn't if been more happy. I've always said that finding a good mechanic is like having a good family doctor. Once you've find one that you trust and know is looking out for you, you don't go anywhere else.

The only reason I even gave a second star is because Dirk is a friendly guy. Otherwise it would have been one star. These guys have always been poor with communication on vehicle status, but my last experience was the deal breaker. Last October I purchased a fuel pump from them that had a 6 month warranty. It failed in January so I returned it and they were supposed to return it to the manufacturer and refund me. I checked in with them in March and they said they were still working on the refund. I got a text from Dirk in July asking if I needed any services done. I responded, asking about the fuel pump and never heard anything. It is now September and I received another text asking if I needed any services. I responded again asking about the fuel pump, and from proven track record, my guess is that I will not get a response back. The same goes for any other service I have had done there. Even on a simple oil change, I would never get a call or text saying that they were finished. I'd have to contact them myself to find out the status. The communication, or lack thereof is beyond ridiculous!

I’m so sorry, I decided to use a shop management texting system, it was a free trial for a month, it seemed to work good at first, it would alert us that a customer had responded to a text they had sent out, and we could open up the program on our computer and respond, but it stopped alerting us, so I called them, after several attempts trying to get it fixed we decided to stop using the program, they told us it was shut down then I would get another charge this went on for 3 months, I believe they finally have stopped sending out text, the best way to get a hold of us is still a phone call. Thank you for the review Once again I apologize for the confusion
