I’ve been coming here for a few years now with multiple vehicles and I have yet to need a major service, only smaller things. I’ve had great service and experiences thus far, but now they’ve lost a loyal customer. They were unable to uphold and honor a quote given on 10/20/2020 and today is 11/2/2020, so well within the month time period. I need two door lock actuators replaced and they wanted to charge me double the quote that was given to me two weeks ago. The new quote is even higher than the Honda Dealership and the reason I came to Steve’s initially is because it was half of what Honda was quoting. Bummer because I really do like these guys!
Nicholas, this appears to be a misunderstanding, especially since our quotes are guaranteed for 30 days. I spoke with the shop manager and he said the quote you received did not change and that he was willing and still is willing to honor it.
