My daughter took her car to Steve's (upon my recommendation, because I have taken my cars there before) to get an oil change, air filter, and tires rotated. During the process, one of the techs broke off a wheel stud. She really wasn't left with much choice, other than to have them fix it (their mistake, her expense???) or have it towed elsewhere. To make a long story short, the bill came to $575.00. I really feel like they took advantage of her because she's a young woman (which in itself is disgusting), and based on the negative reviews, this isn't the first time they've taken advantage of their customers. Note: Their "loss leader" oil change is their way of finding a laundry list of things that need to be repaired on your vehicle. Her estimate was $5,000 (on a relatively pristine car). She won't be back, and neither will I!
