Honest, but real steep! Took my car in with a rough idle, and agreed to >200 in diagnostic fees. Key issue was to replace the EGR valve. On my vehicle this is an extremely quick fix, especially if your socket can fit directly to the base of the EGR valve. Because I choose to install a cheap replacement EGR valve ~2yr ago it failed. They quoted 398.02+tax for it. My only issue is that this part is ~130 from NAPA (considered more premium). Even at $100 for the literal 5min install that's way too much. They can charge whatever they want but, like with any mechanic, talk over your options with someone who knows at least a little about cars. I am not saying they are unfair or dishonest, but you should always know your options. I do value their honest diagnosis of the problem.

I originally brought my f250 in for suspected head gasket failure and confirmed that it was the headgaskets. This was back in September and I was told it would take about a month or so and I gave the go ahead. The job then proceeded to take almost 4 months with terrible communication until the last month or so…HOWEVER, the situation was rectified and they got some better people working there now and I was very taken care of and updated on every detail of the process. The work is very high quality and holding up great, their warranty is excellent and everybody I’ve been in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They even replaced my radiator for free when it started leaking a couple months later just to show how loyal they are to their customers! All in all after spending over 8,000$ and putting over 1000 miles on the truck so far I can confidently say i will be bringing my other vehicles here and I would definitely suggest taking your vehicles here for just about anything you need done. Andy and the rest of the people there are awesome and do amazing work and I have no complaints at all!
