Great shop. Went in for an oil change and they did exactly that. Service writers knew what they were talking about and they were very informative about what was wrong with my car and didn’t try to sell me on the repairs. I already knew what was going on with my car and was glad to see they didn’t try to sell me on anything. They just told me what they found and they could fix it, and that was it. Definitely a place I’d advise people to go to.

Excellent place to take your vehicle. They were fast. And worked hard to get parts here when they had not shown up. And worked great with our employer In getting things taken care of. We’ve taken many cars to Steve’s Automotive over the years. This includes cars we own and used cars we are thinking about buying. They give use valuable feedback. We have always been happy with how we are treated and the work they do. It can be frustrating when you are having car problems, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Steve’s makes the situation better.

I often get super stressed taking my car into a shop. Outside of the car issues I am always worried about my lack of knowledge being used against me. I had the best Experience at Steve's they were so thorough and transparent, and I really appreciated that. Sheldon was so helpful and honestly the absolute best to work with. I will be coming back even though I wish I didn't have to! haha they made the unbearable task of fixing my car bearable.

I have to say I am impressed with this company. I had my car fixed at a different location and they were amazing. But I'm not going to lie and say I was completely comfortable with trying another spot. But I had my car towed to this Sandy location and I was even more impressed. They got my car picked up immediately, they had it diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. It was expensive and it sucks to make car repairs, but they were fair and I am happy. Casey at the front was so great helping me coordinate everything. And my car runs great. So what else can you ask for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and efficient service.
