On time service. Good examination of car needs. Not pushy for additional services. And a great breakfast brunch place next door.

I don't have much faith in Steve's honesty towards his customers. I brought in a car to service and he told quoted me this astronautical amount to replace the transmission. Of course I get 3 separate opinions, brought it in to the dealership and they told me it just needed repair and told me there was a recall. I spent way less repairing the transmission of course. So when you take it to Steve's, always get another opinion someplace else.

I highly recommend Steve’s Automotive Specialist out in Santa Clara. They have very fair prices and always a great help. Chip Hartman was exceptionally helpful. He gave me a very descriptive explanation with all the things wrong with my vehicle/ how to fix them and was great help to give me the best prices. If you are going here definitely ask for Chip’s help!

Shane and Nicole at the Clearfield location were both awesome to work with. They stood behind their work on a catalytic converter job and swapped out a bad part that they had been shipped. Not a small amount of work. For me that kind of integrity means a lot. Definitely recommend!
