Great experience .

When I clipped a large dropped car part and popped a tire on the freeway, it was the start of a very stressful day. My tires were under warranty (at Costco), so they took care of that, and then recommended I go to Steve's Automotive Specialist a few miles away to get my alignment checked out. On the phone, I was quoted a price and told it would take up to 2 hours to get it taken care of. When I walked into the store, they said it might take 45 minutes. I was incredibly impressed when they called me up to the desk 20 minutes later to ring me up and send me on my way! The guys at the desk were kind and gasped at all the appropriate points when I told them about my crazy day. haha. 5 stars!

Right off the bat these guys are awesome and do an absolute excellent job. Andy originally checked me in and listened to everything my concerns were. Once I was checked in I did a test drive with Chris, Chris seemed like he knew exactly what it was after the test drive. He brought me in and was able to pin down the exact issue and told me what we needed to do. Chris worked on my vehicle and did an extraordinary job installing a new cv axle as well as doing a brake oil service due to mine being contaminated and expired. I was really worried brining my car in hoping for my car to be back to normal and driving properly. Once the vehicle was done with work my car drove so smooth and felt new honestly. Beck the manager did an amazing job staying in contact with me and making sure I knew of the timeline of when the vehicle would be done. They were waiting on the part so they lent me loaner car for the day that I needed to do a few errands. Awesome of them to do that! All of these guys here are absolutely fantastic and have a lot of knowledge and experience in this process. I trust everyone of them with my vehicle and would highly recommend to take your car here for any issues, repairs or service work!! They are also greatly priced and very fair.

My daughter just recently travel to Salt Lake City with a few of her college friends for a mini vacation from Washington state. While traveling they experience some issues with the air conditioning, she was able to schedule online for an appointment the next day. I have to say I am impressed with the level of care that she received from John and how quickly the mechanic was able to get the parts replaced. I really appreciated that my daughter was able to forward me the estimates that included images along with explanation notes, so that I was able to assess the situation and talk with John regarding the repairs.
