My transmission was slipping. I knew it was gonna be the problem, but hoped for a different answer. This company took my car in for a free diagnosis, gave me a ride home while they looked at it, sent me a direct link to their diagnosis online through text, text me to let me know they were gonna call within minutes, and then picked me up to take me back to their shop. I paid zero dollars for this. That's a very respectable thing to do for customers, and as a busy woman, I am truly grateful! Even though I didn't like the diagnosis, need a new transmission, they offered awesome pricing and outstanding customer service. I am a lifelong customer! Thanks guys!!
