Fix what I needed and it didn't take them long. Steves is a pretty legit spot. Also good customer service.

Privy to what another reviewer has stated, save your $ and go elsewhere! After coming here since we've moved here from California per my husbands recommendation, we've had issue after issue with our car. We took it in last for repair and have gone back 4 - 5 times since. I've heard horror stories of shops messing things up to keep you coming back and I'm almost positive that is what they're doing here to stay in business. After spending a ton of money here and our car for the first time overheating immediately after a repair, I knew something was up. Also now our heater blows out cold air. So annoyed that all this crap is happening with our car and this shop is the only thing I can think of is what's happened. We're now looking for a new shop for car repairs.

We’re so grateful to the folks at Doug’s Master Auto. They’ve been taking care of our oil changes since we’ve moved to St. George 2 years ago. They offer fair prices and great customer service. We have never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of and they are always very open and honest about any repairs or things they notice with our car. We HIGHLY recommend them. You will not find more honest people in town!

This is such a great company. It can be hard to find quality work, while I dont feel ripped off. I always go to any of these locations, but the 9000s location is full of excellent staff who make you feel like one of the family. They do shuttling too.

I wanted to find a Gephardt Approved repair shop, because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. I took my Infiniti in yesterday to get the problem diagnosed. It was sooo refreshing to have a repair shop that is very transparent in texting me/emailing me the actual codes, updates on what they've found. I felt like I was treated very fairly and I will most definitely be using this shop in the future. Mike made sure that I understood the problem and took extra time and went the extra mile in printing out Recall information, so that I would be armed as I took my car back to the Infiniti Dealership. Thanks Mike & Team! I really appreciate the over-the-top service! I will recommend you to family and friends.

This a great place to take your car. if you set up a appointment they get you in really fast.

Everyone here is nice and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to come get work done here, quick and good service at a good cost.
