If the quote was accurate, then they did not really give me the details of the work. I thought it was great until I called a bunch of other shops who quoted way less unless other work had to be done. It was also off-putting that they bribe their customers with gift cards in exchange for a 5-star review. It just seems dishonest.
D, it seems you're not exactly sure what was done on your vehicle and if the price you paid was fair. Those are both very easy questions to answer so please call the shop or my personal cell and let's answer them. All consumers should be aware that phone quoting often results in inaccurate pricing for the simple fact that every shop you call wants your vehicle in their bay, so of course they'll give you the lowest price they can possibly contrive. Finally, all of our reviews are from legitimate clients who, just like you, had an experience with us; most of which were great and a few that were not quite as expected.
