I was referred to Doug by my uncle to fix my A/C. He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about what he did. Through the whole process I felt comfortable and that I did not have to worry about a thing. Car works great, thanks Doug!

This shop is the epitome of shady mechanics. They will hook you for every dime you have, not to mention when you do pay for a service they don't do it right! I had a safety check done here before moving to a new state, they flagged just about everything EXCEPT the cracked ball bearing that could cause my wheel to fall off at any moment. That's a pretty huge thing to miss and could have cost me my life. Steves said my CV axels needed work- they are brand new! They flagged my breaks- again, brand new! Do not go here. They will prey on you and scam you.

Brittney was so nice in helping me out with getting my car done and checked out for California.

My experience with Steve's Automotive Specialists was great. Staff was friendly and their service was thorough. They made a great first impression and I plan to work with them again.

Updated: "Absolutely awful experience! Had a bad battery went in to have it replaced /checked. Left vehicle. Sales manager called and stated a diagnostic fee of $171 would need to be charged. I questioned him when I arrived. Walked across parking lot to Autozone tested, purchased and installed a new battery for less than the diagnostic fee. Kudos to service manager for trying to make it right by giving us $40 off next visit but my bridge was burned." After the initial experience I was contacted personally by the general manager and received apology. I will be giving them one more chance in the near future.

I had a fantastic experience at Steve's Automotive. They are very friendly and care about you personally. They also know what they are doing and take really good care of you and your vehicle. I would recommend Steve's to anyone who asks.

WE HAVE NOT ANY GOOD MECHANIC SHOPS NEAR BY AND THIS ONE REALLY WAS CLOSE AND REALLY NICE AND CARING STAFF, GOT ME TAKEN CARE OF WITH NO HASSLE AND PRICED VERY WELL FOR WHAT THEY DID! I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY CARS AND I WILL REFER TO MY FAMILY ASWELL.
