Updated: "Absolutely awful experience! Had a bad battery went in to have it replaced /checked. Left vehicle. Sales manager called and stated a diagnostic fee of $171 would need to be charged. I questioned him when I arrived. Walked across parking lot to Autozone tested, purchased and installed a new battery for less than the diagnostic fee. Kudos to service manager for trying to make it right by giving us $40 off next visit but my bridge was burned." After the initial experience I was contacted personally by the general manager and received apology. I will be giving them one more chance in the near future.

Please understand that we do offer a FREE preliminary inspection and absolutely could have and would have tested your battery for free. The service advisor who helped you is brand new with us and was following a procedure from the previous dealership where he worked. However, we don't do business that way and I can promise you that this will never happen again, not to you or anyone else.
