Stay away !!! Not a honest business. I went for an oil change they give me list of things that my car needed. Break flash transmission flash a long list $3200. I had done the 65000 mile service at the dealer a month before. I was mad at the dealer. Went to the dealer and talked to their manager. The manager personally looked all the staff and showed it to me that they were in excellent condition and did not need to be done. When I told the mechanics at Steves Auto they give me this weirdest look. Anyways this is one of those business that has done very well but not going to last for very long. Integrity is everything in business.

I go exclusively to Steve's automotive in clearfield, and as a car enthusiast I feel like they are the only people I can trust with my vehicles. I do a lot of maintinence myself, and very rarely there's an issue I don't know about. The technicians are thorough and honest, they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The reports they send me are easy to read and makes explaining maintinence to my boss easy. Brittany makes scheduling easy and enjoyable, and every time I come in she makes sure I'm well taken care of. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to keep their car on the road and safe to drive

I went into their shop and they got me in and out fast. Wonderful customer service and the secretary was very helpful with what I needed. They have excellent WiFi and cold soda to drink while I waited for my truck to be worked on. Overall best service I have ever had. 😀

I had a brake light out and i needed help changing it because the trunk panel had to be taken off. I went inside and asked if someone could help me, Tanner came out and took apart my panel in my trunk, replaced the brake light bulb and put my car back together. When i asked how much i needed to pay, Tanner said "NOTHING!!" " EVERYBODY NEED A LITTLE HELP SOMETIMES.." THANKS SO MUCH TANNER FOR ALL YOUR HELP & THANKS STEVE'S AUTOMOTIVE FOR BEING AN HONEST TO GOODNESS AUTO REPAIR SHOP, YOU'VE EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!!!

The staff at the Clearfield location are amazing. I went in for a simple oil change and was given the 5 start treatment. They did a full check on my vehicle to make sure all was good. My granddaughter loved the play area they had available. Would recommend to everyone looking for somewhere to go.

I first visited this location as I'd just recently returned to the area after being away for nigh a decade, and I needed to have my car inspected for state registration. The staff here completed the inspection and gave recommendations for service based on maintenance and the mileage of my vehicle. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for a couple of weeks after my initial visit to complete some of the recommended work. However, approximately one week later, my check engine light came on and I requested they scan the vehicle to determine the issue. They completed the scan and recommended I bring the vehicle back the following morning (as the scan occurred at the end of the business day). I dropped the car off early the next morning, and they gave me a shuttle ride back to my home. They called within the hour with request for authorization for further testing and then called again with the recommendations and pricing for repairs. Repairs were completed quickly and I had the vehicle back by the end of the same day. One of the things I like the most about their business is the detailed description of issues, recommended service and the reasons for the service. They send a digital copy of all of this via text or e-mail every time anything is noted or recommended. This is immensely helpful, both for documentation and research purposes, especially if anyone is, like myself, somewhat mechanically challenged. Ultimately, the entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and thorough, at least in my experience. I would highly recommend them for the quality of the work, the warranty on the service done, and the respect for their customers and knowledge of the employees.

The people are really wonderful. Not only do they talk to you with kindness, they don’t treat you like you’re incompetent. They took the time to explain what the issue was, as well as break down the new parts that were needed. They make you feel comfortable knowing that you’re not getting ripped off. They also have a wonderful waiting area with complimentary drinks, and a place for the children to be entertained. Which is huge when you have small kids. I would absolutely recommend them!
