Steve's Automotive was fantastic with us. They were able to get our vehicle in right away, gave us the option of a free tow, and gave us a report a couple hours after receiving our vehicle. Andy, Tanner and Britney were very efficient and answered all of our questions. We very much appreciated the pictures showing us the problem, and the shuttle they provided.

The staff and services at the clearfield location were superb! I felt very comfortable with the billing consultation when the Desk Receptionist was thuroughly explaining the details to me and the actual labor on my car. I know I can trust them! Fast and convenient

My transmission was slipping. I knew it was gonna be the problem, but hoped for a different answer. This company took my car in for a free diagnosis, gave me a ride home while they looked at it, sent me a direct link to their diagnosis online through text, text me to let me know they were gonna call within minutes, and then picked me up to take me back to their shop. I paid zero dollars for this. That's a very respectable thing to do for customers, and as a busy woman, I am truly grateful! Even though I didn't like the diagnosis, need a new transmission, they offered awesome pricing and outstanding customer service. I am a lifelong customer! Thanks guys!!

They give a full inspection with an oil change and take pictures and send them to you if something is wrong! That way you know it is an honest problem and not some backroom mechanic trying to wring you for everything you got. Very good deals and prices are fair. I recommend them
