We’re so grateful to the folks at Doug’s Master Auto. They’ve been taking care of our oil changes since we’ve moved to St. George 2 years ago. They offer fair prices and great customer service. We have never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of and they are always very open and honest about any repairs or things they notice with our car. We HIGHLY recommend them. You will not find more honest people in town!

This is such a great company. It can be hard to find quality work, while I dont feel ripped off. I always go to any of these locations, but the 9000s location is full of excellent staff who make you feel like one of the family. They do shuttling too.

I wanted to find a Gephardt Approved repair shop, because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. I took my Infiniti in yesterday to get the problem diagnosed. It was sooo refreshing to have a repair shop that is very transparent in texting me/emailing me the actual codes, updates on what they've found. I felt like I was treated very fairly and I will most definitely be using this shop in the future. Mike made sure that I understood the problem and took extra time and went the extra mile in printing out Recall information, so that I would be armed as I took my car back to the Infiniti Dealership. Thanks Mike & Team! I really appreciate the over-the-top service! I will recommend you to family and friends.

They've changed hands but are super to work with. And they give you warm chocolate chip cookies when you pick up your vehicle and send thank you notes in the mail w coupons for your next visit!

Stay away !!! Not a honest business. I went for an oil change they give me list of things that my car needed. Break flash transmission flash a long list $3200. I had done the 65000 mile service at the dealer a month before. I was mad at the dealer. Went to the dealer and talked to their manager. The manager personally looked all the staff and showed it to me that they were in excellent condition and did not need to be done. When I told the mechanics at Steves Auto they give me this weirdest look. Anyways this is one of those business that has done very well but not going to last for very long. Integrity is everything in business.

I go exclusively to Steve's automotive in clearfield, and as a car enthusiast I feel like they are the only people I can trust with my vehicles. I do a lot of maintinence myself, and very rarely there's an issue I don't know about. The technicians are thorough and honest, they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The reports they send me are easy to read and makes explaining maintinence to my boss easy. Brittany makes scheduling easy and enjoyable, and every time I come in she makes sure I'm well taken care of. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to keep their car on the road and safe to drive
