I just got my car back from the folks at Steve's Automotive Specialists, and I have to tell you it was the most wonderful experience!!! My family and I are in a very tight place financially as life happens and things get tough, and Randy worked with me to make the payment reasonable for my budget. He and his staff also helped me find a means to pay for this unexpected cost for my car to get fixed. They were kind and personable, and they didn't make me feel in adequate in ANY WAY because of my situation. I will DEFINITELY go back for future repairs, and I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs help with their vehicle. If I could leave a zero star review I would. My S/O took a regular CR-V in to have an oil drain plug looked at, they stated that the screws were cross threaded and quoted a $600 replacement stating that they would need to replace the entire oil pan in order to fix the issue. Given it is an aluminum piece they couldn't re-thread it. BUT A $9.00 UNIVERSAL OIL PLUG WOULD DO THE TRICK. They do not treat there customers with respect. Biggest scam artist dealership I've seen. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great people here who saved us while on vacation in Salt lake city. Fixed our car that had an electrical short behind the dash when nobody else would even look at it on Friday and had it done by 5pm. They also provided us with a loaner car for the day.

Steve's took care of my brake problems, replacing the rotors and pads. They were timely and charged a fair rate. After the work, my tires were out of balance. I took my truck back to them and they took care of it! Thank you Steve's for the great work and support.
