I have been to Steve’s Automotive three times and had one great repair done the first time. The other two times I was here, I was skeptical given their extremely high estimates and went elsewhere to have the repairs done. Both if these estimates ended up being for functional parts of my vehicle and I do feel that if more care was given during the free inspection, the correct issues could have been diagnosed. Unfortunately, both times during the free inspections, parts of my car were damaged, this included a window tint and a HID bulb. I left a review and the owner quickly left his personal number in hopes to resolve my dissatisfaction. After calling him back, I quickly noticed the demeanor of the owner was much more pleasant than what I had experienced with another employee back at the shop. After discussing the estimates given to me from Steve’s Automotive with the owner, it was understood where the errors had occurred and the parts were replaced at no cost to myself. I have chosen not to have the recent work I need done to be completed by Steve’s Automotive; but after talking with the owner, I am willing to consider comparing their estimates to other shops.
