New favorite!! They were honest and thorough. I can’t recommend them enough! Went for a prepurcase inspection. Lemroy gave me a run down of everything’s condition with photos and when they estimate it needs to be replaced.

We've done everything we can to try and resolve this including free repair work which we had no legal or ethical obligation to do. Unfortunately, if you're not willing to work with us to find a better way to communicate clearly, there isn't much left for us to do. If you change your mind and decide your willing, we'll do whatever it takes to resolve this.

i gave this place a shot ironically when i got their mailer earlier in the week; i was driving home when my window suddenly went haywire and decided to go down on its own. when checking in i spoke with a lovely woman behind the counter, but once checked in and spoke with Randy, he seemed to be in awe that my window would just go down on its own. as a female, i already dread situations where i can be taken advantage of or made to feel inferior because im not educated in a topic that is male dominated, so getting this treatment wasn’t shocking but not appropriate/appreciated. i was at the shop for roughly an hour or so before randy spoke with me again, informing me that “both window motors needed to be replaced due to water damage and they could not get my window but because the “scissor mechanism” that carries the window up/down was stuck because of the motors.” he proceeded to tell me that it would be $940 to fix the issue but assured me they could have it done in a day and get the parts. i asked for a breakdown and was shown the prices for both motors and the labor costs + hazmat fee. i was shocked and asked how this could happen with BOTH motors and Randy’s response was “well you’re the electrician, you tell me” (it was brought up in conversation that my day job is as an electrician), i was floored with this response. i called my husband and our hands were tied, as i needed my window up during this winter weather, so i took their loaner and left my car since i have to be to work at 6am. very stressed about the money i was about to spend i came into my work and spoke with my boss about the situation and how i was spoken too. he quickly pulled up my car make and model, searched the parts on auto zone, and since the car specialist wanted to knock the electrician, he would fix it- needless to say i called steve’s automotive and declined them starting to work on my car and picked it up after work. upon getting my car back, it didn’t look like they even investigated my door/window. i had a lint roller and some change in the door and nothing was moved, if they had taken the panel off, those things were sure to have fallen out, suspicious… the real kicker is that my boss fixed this issue in less than 30 minutes and the issue was nothing close to the motor, all i needed was a new door window switch control panel (which is $110). proceed with caution.
