I am so grateful for the team at Steve's Automotive Specialist's in Logan Utah Two days before I was supposed to leave for a trip to visit my family my car battery light went on in my car. After replacing the battery, I bought from Costco, which we thought was the problem, as I was driving home the battery light came on again. So, the next morning I went to Steve's Automotive Specialists to see if they had time to check it out as I had no appointment. They were already booked tight with a very busy day, but they said if I could leave it, they would at one point take a look at it today. Around 3:30 pm I got a call, and they said it was the alternator which I had just bought from Auto Zone a month earlier. So, they put a new alternator in my car and gave me the old one so I could take it back to AutoZone. While driving to AutoZone, all my lights started going on and my car was not operating as it should, so I made it into AutoZone and then called Steve's Automotive and told them what had happened. They came to AutoZone and took my car back to the shop and gave me a ride back to the shop. After working on it again they found out that alternator was not working as it should. So, they ordered another one and put it on, then the car ran well. All of this took several hours and the entire crew at the shop stayed after until 7:30 pm that night until my car was fixed completely. These people went to great lengths to make other arrangements for me in case they couldn't get my car fixed before my trip. They were all so incredibly helpful and kind, and really did go out of their way for me on a Friday evening, I 'll never forget how wonderful all of them were. So, a super THANK YOU to Doug, Mindi, Andy, who is the owner and was the guy who came and picked me up at AutoZone to rescue me; and the mechanics, and the entire team stayed until my car was fixed so I could leave for my trip the next day. They even called me while I was on my trip to make sure I made it to my families and to see how I was doing. You simple DON'T find that kind of service these days so I am and always will be grateful to the entire team at Steve's Automotive Specialists. They really do put your needs above their own. We need more businesses like this one, who still believe putting the customer's needs first is right thing to do. Andy, and his crew walk with honesty, a wonderful thing to find in our world and these times. You can trust your car to them. Thank you all so much, Sophie Jenni

Great work. Took the time to send me pictures of the pblms my car had. Made sure it was fixed the way it should be. Definitely will come back again.

I got to use your Kia for two days. That was very helpful. You were sending messages to my phone when I was in the waiting room. You have mouths and I have ears. Communication could improve. But it all ended well
