Usually we change our own oil, but went into this shop for an oil change when we were in a hurry. I pre scheduled the oil change, arrived on time, was told it would take 45 minutes. I waited for over 90 minutes, then asked and was told it would be another 10-20. Not impressed by their time management, or their communication with me as a customer. In addition to this, when it came time to do our next oil change the bolt is unbelievably tightened. Completely stuck. We’ve tried deep torques, vice grips, impact driver…it’s done. I want to believe the best of these guys, but I can’t help but think the only reason a shop is tightening a bolt to this degree and stripping it is to force us to return. Oil change was fine, but I’m just unfortunately unimpressed.

They were awesome and got me in the same day to do a free comprehensive exam. Quoted me a fair price and were reasonable with their recommendations

They valued me as a customer and made sure things were right. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so.

These guys don't stand behind warranties. They lie to you even after getting other opinions they refuse to stand behind there work. Very dishonest!

Steve's is my go-to shop, I really trust these guys. When getting an oil change they do a full inspection and identify items that could/should be done with pictures in a report which is really helpful.

The guys at Steve's Automotive are great. Very friendly, Knowledgeable, and professional. They take time to go over all your options and explain the "why" behind everything. They accommodate you as well and as quickly as possible. No complaints or regrets whatsoever and I plan to keep taking my vehicles there as needed even though I have to drive across town!
