I came in for an oil change and diagnosis of a slow coolant leak. They charged $200 for the vehicle inspection and to perform a pressure test of the coolant system, which I probably shouldn't have agreed to. When they came back and suggested timing belt, water pump replacement, and radiator hose replacement, they quoted me $2400! Nate Wade Subaru quoted me $1400, and a local repair shop quoted me even less. The invoice for the diagnostic was "itemized" but included no hourly labor for a pressure test - just a flat charge, super shady for a relatively simple test. I would've given 1 star for extremely shady price gouging but 2 stars instead of one star because they did a good job on the inspection and I believe diagnosed the problem. Even if Steve's believes they are more skilled than other mechanics, there is nothing to justify this kind of pricing, let alone compared to a dealership

Very impressed! Just great customer service, was so happy I came here. I had to have 4 tires put on my car and Costco couldn't get them in time, Steve's came through got the tires threw the alignment in with it and beat their price by about $250. Extremely happy with this place!

Jan. 5, 2024 - Great customer service, well above and beyond typical Saint George automotive service centers, definitely invests personal time and values new customers. All employees are very knowledgeable on all makes of cars. The best choice after looking locally for eight years.

This place is amazing it all started when I called in because my gas tank wouldn’t open they opened it I also needing an oil change so figure I give them the business since they helped me complimentary gas tank open, might I add. I knew the car had many obstacles before hand and it had a rattling noise to it also went to two different places and they said it just needed an alignment got the alignment and still rattling noises I decided to tell them about it and they took it for a test drive and found the problem, I ended up getting my oil changed complementary tire rotation, brake flush and the answer to my problem. They give complimentary vehicle or Uber ride while something major is being fixed on your car or if it will take them a few hours and you are not waiting down at the shop. Need I say the customer service is outstanding from the people at the front desk to the people in the shop very family friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would because this place is great the people that work there is great and they do not pressure you into anything but simply give you the recommendations for your car. They definitely earned my business from here on out.

Super helpful. Answered every question and went above and beyond answering questions not asked and helping with those things I didn't know to ask about. Very honest and kind. Very quick for a mechanic too. Will be going back for car needs even though it's 45 mins out of my way
