We brought our car in for diagnostics. When we had a question about the bill, instead of being educated on why we were billed the way we were, we were treated with extreme disrespect and were insulted by the man at the front desk, Nate. It was a simple question that we wanted clarification on. It didn’t need to turn into a heated argument. It was clear that Nate didn’t like to be questioned. Customers should have the right to understand what they are being charged for and why without being greeted with an attitude by the store’s employees.
