I'll be going to Steve's for all of my future repairs. I don't know a lot about cars, but I know when I'm being lied to. After being jerked around by the dealer, and another repair shop I finally tried Steve's Automotive and it was a very different experience. They take the time to explain the details of the repairs, and do their best to find options within your budget. This is the first time I haven't had to take my car back to the shop after an alignment. I am very pleased with the level of service.

I've been to Steve's Automotive twice in the last few months. Their work has been outstanding. Both times the car has finished early (and the repairs weren't simple.) The technician who worked on our car, a Mercedes, is meticulous. Nate, the manager, is attentive, friendly and great at explaining what is being done and why. The system they use to show the repairs and maintenance your car needs (or doesn't) is the best I've seen, including descriptions and images. I don't think any shop in Santa Clara comes close to Steve's.

Steve's handled our emergency efficiently and graciously. It was a very frustrating situation, but KC gave his calm assurance and a very skilled mechanic came through for us.

I came in asking them to look at my engine mounts, and they told me they were totally alright. They then quoted me over 2500$ to fix my exhaust heat shield, in which is a quick easy job. My engine mounts were bad by the way. They were working off my arrogance and I recommend not going to this shop if your looking for honest work!

They went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and seen as soon as they could and were diligent about updating me with estimates of completion and costs. The team was extremely nice and helpful throughout my experience and overall made my trip to an auto shop an easy one and not a dreaded one as sometimes they can be. They all deserve raises and a cake.

Incredible service! Stopped in to analyze my break noises. They offered me an Uber home to leave my car there for the day. Fixed the issue and then some—all at a very competitive and low cost. Great people, great mechanics, great service!

Over 24th holiday weekend we noticed a screw in our tire. After checking with 4 other tire shops, Steve's was able to slide us in and get it repaired very quickly. Great personal to quirk with. Highly recommend this shop.
