I’ve had lots of work done by this shop . Every service performed in my car has been great . I was however not a fan of the customer service I received from the technician at the counter . I was shopping around for another mechanic . Something came up and decided to take my car back one last time to see if the service would be different . I’m glad I went in. Daniel was at the counter and was so friendly and inviting to talk to . He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions without making me feel dumb for asking . I look forward going back as long as they have Daniel at the counter representing the store . What a fantastic choice to have him up front with customers . Also would like to give a positive mention to the new hire Leo . It was his first day but nonetheless was wonderful to engage with .

10 out of 10! My A/C never seemed like it could get truely cold and it made a noise when first engaging. Then it just up and quit! Did my research and found Steve's Automotive. They diagnosed the problem quickly and at no cost and we set up a time to get the work done. Now the A/C is so cold I have to move it from continually hitting my skin! We'll for sure tell everyone about Steve's Automotive Specialists in Orem!

Daniel was great and very nice his customer service was exceptional... and the pricing was very reasonable... also was understanding if u are short on funds and made if affordable...I recommend Steve's automotive shop to anyone with car issues..

Daughter’s engine light went on traveling to USU for her freshman year. Every Fathers nightmare!!! VW place in Logan said they could get her an apt in 2 weeks with 200$ diagnostic fee. We drove to Steve’s because Marriot hotel clerk Jackie suggested it. They took us right in. They called us 2 hrs later and said light was minor concern with diesel filter. 40$ charge!!! These guys are the bomb. The told my daughter to call anytime. They told me they would watch out for her. Every father’s prayer!!! So rare to find a repair place that was honest, clean waiting area and they don’t talk down to women! I will travel to bring my cars here. Thank you!!!
