Two hours before my flight was to leave I managed to hit a semi wheel chock left in the middle of a lane. In doing so it punctured a massive hole in my oil pan. I had it towed to the nearest mechanic but found out they dont do repairs like that. I called Steve's automotive and Nate told me they could tow my car and fix the issue no problem. Nate was so amazing and helpful. He was great at keeping me updated with my car and his inspections were super helpful. I was rather glad to receive pictures along with the updates so I could see the issue for myself. Me being states away and dealing with the accident wasnt easy. However, with nates help it made things less stressful on me. He was more than willing to help with anything and everything and went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely go to them again.

They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed and repaired very quickly. They were informative and helpful.

These guys are hands down amazing! I travel for work, they were able to get me in same day. They did a fast but very thorough job, sent me a digital copy of my cars entire inspection. Very professional and ensures customers are satisfied. Will definitely go out of my way to get my car service by them again.
