They even provide Uber rides for you if your vehicle needs repairs overnight. I’ve been here dozens of times, I travel over 10 miles from where I live to return to this location time and again for repeated service because of the well earned reputation. Do not trust them with your car. Get three opinions and still pay more somewhere else. They do not know what they are doing

The ac clutch burnt out two days before we needed to leave to Phoenix Arizona for my sister's wedding. When doing their exam they assured me that the whole compressor needed to be replaced (contradictory to my previous exam and estimate. After going back and forth they said that they would just replace the clutch as I had originally asked. After having me sit there for a while they said the only person that had an ac clutch available was ford and that the clutch alone would be $50 more than the compressor and clutch that they quoted me. $1700+ for switching out the compressor with their inflated warranty. I said "you are going to put in a part that works right? So why would I need a warranty to last me this trip? ". they said "we'll it's just in case" I declined the $800 warranty . I guess they felt like they needed to get that money out of me because they over loaded the system with refrigerant. On our way back from Phoenix 6 days later the ac went out again and took the serpentine belt with it. I had to have my family( 3 small kids and dog) out in the rain at a random little shop in cedar city to replace the belt so the car wouldn't die as we traveled back to Layton. It was $160 for a belt and labor in an emergency. I brought it back to steves today and asked them to please replace the line that had burst and repay the $160 that was for the emergency repair that was necessary because of the mechanics error. INSTEAD, Andy the manager took a half hour to inspect the car and determine that it was the belt that his guy put back on instead of replacing along with the compressor. And since it he deems it to be a bad belt. And they are not responsible for putting a bad belt back on a new compressor. Either a mistake was made in over loading the car with refrigerant which one mechanic has already told me was the issue ( in which case there will be legal action taken) or the caused the problem by incompetently putting a bad belt onto the compressor. Do not use this place if you know what is good for you. I read a review that said that before trusting them with my family car and I ignored it. Learn from my mistake.
