Everyone was friendly, respecful and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and completed the work in a timely fashion. They send you a text with detailed inspection results including photos of your car, and the customer selects which services seem important, necessary, and affordable, also by text. I've been using Steve's auto for my VW 2018 initially I brought it because I needed an alignment and my dealership wouldn't have any open spots for me to do it, ever since I switched to get my car maintenance needs done here for 3 main reasons:. 1. They are closed on the weekends, why is this relevant?, It is for me because the way a shop treats their employees impacts the employees' Integrity, happiness etc and that translates to a great service and this is a good segue way to my next point 2. I had brought my car for another alignment a year later and ask the shop to check on my breaks as I felt a little vibration but I wasn't sure if I needed new breaks, the team was very honest and they could have "recommended me to get the break job done" but instead they gave me a fair assessment and let me decide if I wanted to get the job done instead of coercing me to do it and finally, 3. I brought my car for a break job, pads and rotors replaced, brake fluid flush, in addition to a an engine wash, the service and the job exceeded my expectations but most importantly I think this placed has earned my trust and I think that aspect has no price. Ty Steve's for treating your employees well and they in return had done a good job earning my business, I will continue to bring my car for it's regular maintenance going forward.

Very pleased with my first experience at Steve's. They were upfront, honest, and communicated straightforward the entire way through the repair. Trustworthy work with quality parts make for a repair that lasts. The repair portal where they communicate the vehicle's issues with descriptions and photos was great. They also offer an uber shuttle service to nearby locations. Friendly service and genuine interactions are why Steve's has great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Sometimes you don’t realize these kind of establishments are taking advantage of you until you go to a new place to get your car serviced. Take the time to read your owner’s manual to know what your car actually needs done. Second opinions also go a long way. I was quoted $600 for a repair a while back that only ended up costing me around $250 at a near by jiffy lube.

Always available to answer any questions I have or my mother's. People are friendly and helpful. Willing to give a ride or borrow a car when work is being done on one of our cars. Clear explinations of what is wrong and what has to be done to repair the problem. Always clear about what the repair will cost and no "Gotcha's".
