Very supportive staff and good service.

It's obvious that Steve's prioritizes honesty, quality and transparency. I brought my car to Steve's after my dealership wanted to charge me $300 to fix the alignment. Not only does Steve's Auto charge way less than that (they don't price gouge you), they ran a series of tests and found no evidence that my car's alignment was off. They saved me from spending a chunk of money on something I didn't need! As a young female, I'm an easy target for mechanics to take advantage of my ignorance/lack of knowledge. This auto shop is fantastic. I had been going to another shop, but switched after trying them for a bunch of scheduled maintenance I needed on my Tacoma. The staff are friendly, and called me back primarily to schedule when I used their online system to request an appointment. They evaluated my truck, priced it out, and let me pick what I wanted done. When my car started making a noise, I took it there without hesitation. They quickly diagnosed the problem, called me with the estimate, and completely the simple repair that same day. Always friendly service. Highly recommended.

I was traveling and had a problem with my alternator. Called Steve's late in the day, said bring it in the morning. So I did, 7:30, they had it fixed by 9:30 and I was on my way. They were wonderful, make a stressful experience pleasant. Wish I lived in the Salt Lake City area, they would be my choice to go to for automotive service.

Everyone was friendly, respecful and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and completed the work in a timely fashion. I felt comfortable that the suggested repairs were valid and necessary.....and for many females, that doesn't often happen in an auto shop. I will use Steve's Auto for my future repairs. Thank you! As always, great service, helpful, and friendly people. They send you a text with detailed inspection results including photos of your car, and the customer selects which services seem important, necessary, and affordable, also by text.
