It was a good experience... however, I was having a diagnostic run on my vehicle and they said it'll be $167. They did a great job on the diagnostic and thoroughly detailed everything, but when I went to pick up my truck 2 days later they were going to charge me $304... settled on $250. Wasn't overly impressed in that end of things... An update, Steve made it right. Was called a week or two after the diagnostic and they had reviewed the problem. It is greatly appreciated thanks for the honesty!

Chris, I listened to the phone calls and reviewed the invoice history in our computer system and we discovered that there was indeed a mistake made on our part. After you authorized the diagnostic testing our advisor inadvertently added the wrong testing procedure to the invoice, please accept our sincere apology. I've asked the manager to call you and refund the difference between what you authorized and what you paid. Very kind people. My service was fast and I felt like they were honset with me. They gave me advice on what needed to be replaced or fixed, but made sure to not be pushy with me. Free mountain dew is always a plus too.

Steve's Automotive Specialists in Orem is hands down the BEST automotive repair facility in Utah. After my first repair experience at Steve's, I committed to taking all of my vehicles there from that point forward. To put that in perspective, my previous repair facility, that I had gone to for years, was trustworthy, did great work, provided a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. Steve's took the whole repair experience to the next level. Not only do they offer a standard 3-year warranty on parts and labor, they are fast, very reasonably priced, and I have felt they have been nothing but 100% up front and honest with me, only fixing what needs to be fixed. And, to boot, both Bronson and Gary are incredibly pleasant to work with! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Steering & suspension repair

They got me in quick for an engine issue, very professional and nice. Got my belts replaced same day. They showed me the belts even SOI could see why they needed replacing, love the transparency. Will definitely be back if I have another issue. Service: Engine repair
