Went in for emissions and was out fairly quick with them being a little busy, was able to re-register the vehicle there as well.

I was very happy with my service visit to Steve's Automotive. Service was fast and friendly. The service techs pointed out other areas to watch, where issues might be starting on my car, but they didn't pressure me to get everything done immediately. That made it a comfortable experience. I also found their prices to be much more reasonable than visiting the dealer.

These guys take great care of you, they are super upfront, and do great work. What else can you ask for from your shop? I am a pain in their butts and they still treat me like I’m not!

Toyota technician Jimmy did a professional and great job in inspecting my Tundra’s brakes, replacing the master cylinder, flushing the brake lines, and giving this customer some piece of mind. At Steve’s they also give your car a once over and present their findings to you in a fairly comprehensive report with pictures. I do some of my own maintenance and repairs and felt no pressure or up-sale - and actually appreciated the information which identified a few issues that need attention.

Great prices they don’t price gouge you or try and scare you into getting a more expensive service. They keep you informed the whole time about what is going on with your vehicle and what they are doing to it.

Over the last year, or so, I have taken two cars to Steve’s for service. I have had a very positive experience each time. They are organized, on time, and courteous.

Honest, but real steep! Took my car in with a rough idle, and agreed to >200 in diagnostic fees. Key issue was to replace the EGR valve. On my vehicle this is an extremely quick fix, especially if your socket can fit directly to the base of the EGR valve. Because I choose to install a cheap replacement EGR valve ~2yr ago it failed. They quoted 398.02+tax for it. My only issue is that this part is ~130 from NAPA (considered more premium). Even at $100 for the literal 5min install that's way too much. They can charge whatever they want but, like with any mechanic, talk over your options with someone who knows at least a little about cars. I am not saying they are unfair or dishonest, but you should always know your options. I do value their honest diagnosis of the problem.
