I really recommend Steves Automotive Specialist for your auto repairs. The service is excellent and so is the price. They are so friendly and go over exactly what they did and make recommendations if needed without pressuring you. The waiting room is clean and grab yourself a snack while you’re waiting. 5 Stars.

They are very professional. They show you everything that needs fixing. The car drives better and has been reliable in the past after being fixed. They take Costco 15 percent discount coupons. The only thing they don't do is wash the car.

These guys did amazing!!! So helpful and understanding! Highly recommend this shop! Will definitely come here from now on!

I have been going to Steve’s Automotive for years and they have always taken care of my car with care. Everyone that works here is so nice and honest. They take the time to figure out what is wrong with my car. They were able to get me in same day. They are able to work with you on pricing because they care about their customers. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s this trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely cares about its customers. Could not recommend this place enough!

I am rewriting my review and I’m disappointed. I came in because my wheels were clicking when I turned left/right. After being there for over 90 minutes, your team couldn’t find the issue and ‘everything was tight’. Meanwhile, my brother who was a mechanic at one of your OTHER LOCATIONS for a long time, was able to jack my car up and easily found BOTH of my CV Axles had play and need replacing. If your team would have pulled even a little on my cv axles while on the lift, they would’ve noticed play easily— hell, even when I yanked on it, it moved. I was also informed that I was taken advantage of and how much I was charged for my AC compressor 2 months ago was overpriced by over a grand. I was referred to you guys months ago, but it seems like this location is one I cannot refer other people to. Do better.

Chip and the crew have helped two of our customers now while they were traveling out of town. Both expereinces were top notch. The communicated excellent with the customer and us to make sure we go everyone taken care of. Amazing experience and would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I have never once been able to have a repair done at this location without having to bring it back. Sometimes several times. I paid more for new struts at this auto repair shop then I would’ve at several others, the difference is the other shops offer a lifetime warranty, Steve’s only offers a five-year or 50,000 mile warranty. The manufacturer of the shocks offers a lifetime warranty. So if you buy a product and they install it you are basically voiding your warranty from the manufacturer. Will never come back here and highly suggest that other people seek other options with better pricing and better warranty coverage included.

These people are extremely busy but they took time to explain my problem. They couldn't fix it immediately but did offer me a ride home while they did the work.
