The service was fast and well done! I appreciate the kindness of being offered an Uber to go home and come back. Additionally, they fixed the splash guard under my vehicle without that being part of the service being performed. I appreciate the kindness!

This shop farms for repairs. They will send you photos of everything that they think they can make money off you.... I was told I needed new tires, suspension, differential fluids, and everything else they could think. I was traveling and needed service. Should have went to Toyota instead of this place. They didn't even tell me about the options for my $3,400 service. When I got back to my local dealership I called them and told them about the problem and they said was would have been about 1,100.

Great customer service. I was in for a simple emissions check on an older vehicle and they got me right in and out.

2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. Tried to up-sale new front brake pads and rotors to my wife for $540. Luckily she had the smarts to turn them down and I’ll replace them myself for around $100. I get there are labor costs but not $440 worth… But given how long it takes them to change the oil perhaps that’s about right for them!
