Top dollar for shoddy work! They broke the washer fluid line on my car when conducting repairs and are now refusing to fix it. They also did not reinstall the engine cover brackets. They just left the engine cover sitting on top of the engine to flop around when I drive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Came in for a free AC check. Tech diagnosed a bad compressor with a $1,500 repair bill. I replaced the compressor myself and paid for a purge and recharge. Cost ne around $700. AC still didn't work. Turns out the compressor was fine. The issue was at the relay. A bidirectional scanner could have issued a compressor clutch command to easily test it. I trusted the diagnostic and it was totally BS. They would have charged me $1,500 to fix something that wasn't even broken. I heard shops do this but never thought it would happen to me. They even had the nerve to call follow up and asked if I would still like the service done. I told them what happened and they promised someone woukd reach out (the owner). Guess what? Never heard from them again No surprise. If they are willing to do this to me, no telling how many other people they might have ripped off. If you get any diagnostic work done by these guys, my advice is to always get a second opinion.

I do want to clarify that after receiving our complimentary A/C inspection, you chose to perform the repair yourself rather than having our team complete the work. Because we never performed the repair, we were not able to verify the diagnosis through the complete repair and testing process that we follow on every vehicle. When we perform a repair, we take responsibility for the outcome, confirm the repair is successful, and if additional issues are found, we work with the customer to make things right. I understand your frustration with the results you experienced, but the conclusion that we would have replaced a functioning compressor and charged you for an unnecessary repair is an assumption, as the repair was never performed by our shop. I have never been more outraged! I once trusted this shop, but the culture has changed! I took my car in with the problem already identified. The high pressure line of my power steering needed to be replaced. I just needed a quote. They called me back in the afternoon saying that all of the components of my power steering had to be replaced! I asked how they came to that conclusion and they said because they could see fluid on them. That's because the high pressure line sits above them and is leaking on them! I just had the power steering pump replaced. In other words, they didn't really assess it the right way, but wanted to see if I was vulnerable enough just to replace parts that didn't need replacing. After hearing that, they said they may have misdiagnosed and would like me to pay to run more tests. The tests they should have done from the beginning, but weren't necessary. You can visibly see the leak just by looking at it. They said they could understand how the fluid dripping from the line above could drip on the other components, but just figured it would be the surest way to get the leak fixed. So they would rather have me pay $1000s of extra dollars because it's better for them? Then checking with another shop, they are more than double the price. They said they use better parts. Double the price better parts?!?You have lost your mind! They tried to take advantage of me and that is what gives mechanics a bad name. Shame on you! Do not do business here. Complete dishonesty. $2300 for a $400 job. I will not be back. Management always responds with a generic response. If you want to contact me, then you should make the effort. Too bad. This shop has lost all integrity.

Excellent staff, excellent service, and super reasonable prices! so glad I came here, I won't be going anywhere else. They caught an oil leak that others hadn't. And on top of that the staff are genuinely friendly! I love that you receive a link after your service where they show photos and videos of everything they saw a summary of what they did and concerns that they noted.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌 These guys are awesome! My family recommended this place for me when my AC compressor clutch went out. Taden walked me through everything they were looking at/doing to my car, updated me, and was an overall super duper nice and awesome 🔥 I was very excited that Wayne was able to finish up my car before they closed for the weekend! For the price I paid, the customer experience I received— it was all worth it. Thank you guys for caring about me as a customer, and overall making my experience an 11/10. I am definitely recommending you guys to everyone I know!
