I took a vehicle from a nearby dealership to Steve's Automotive Specialists for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone there was extremely polite, and the inspection was done thoroughly and efficiently. Reid, in particular, was great to work with and gave me (and my wife) an extremely detailed and candid assessment of the vehicle's status. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle, and I am extremely glad we did.

My poor 192k mile Jetta was in a bad way. I went to my regular mechanic who cited $5.5k to repair half the DPF system. I thought a second opinion might be warranted, and other mechanics I called did not perform that repair at all. I got to Steve’s, and not only did Frank explain things step-by-step, they beat the initial estimate by a landslide! The communication was top-tier and they gave me a really great loaner car to boot. Pretty sure I have a new mechanic now, you won’t be mad you went here.

I took my car in for service and only had a code number from my car display to tell me what needed to be done. My vehicle manual didn't give me a breakdown of the service needed. When I went in to Steve's Automotive and told them the code number, Jaslynn at the front desk immediately listed all of the items needing service. With her knowledge of vehicles, she "knew" that code number and didn't have to reference anything. And Jamie, also at the front desk was so kind. She helped me with the paperwork and made it a pleasurable experience. She was very kind through the process. I have been going to this shop for several years and have found it consistently excellent in the service and care I receive. Thank you!!!

Needed a new battery replaced and tire alert on, so tires checked. Ive had good service there for past 2 yrs and will continue to use their services when needed!

Everyone I've worked with over the years here has had a great attitude. Recently, I made an appointment and brought my car in due to a tire losing air. I'd added air a few times over the past week. I explained my ongoing concerns about the tires. They were awesome. Not only did they check the leaky tire but all of my tires. All of them were fine. Chance explained how the colder weather can cause fluctuation in tire pressure. They were marvelous to go the extra mile. Thank You!
