Super disappointed in their vehicle expertise. I brought in a car with a rebuilt title for them to inspect prior to purchase. They came back and said everything was perfect, and that they would buy that car. Turned out the vehicle had some major issues making it very unsafe to drive. They definitely should have noticed them. Either they only know the basics of car maintenance or they were lazy.

Chance was great to work with when I brought in the Toyota 4runner in for the emissions. Would definitely be bringing it back to Steve's for any other service.

This was my first time getting service at Steve's. Start to finish it was a good experience. They used advanced diagnostics, found the problem and got it fixed quickly. I liked the ability to see exactly what was going on from my phone, including photos of the mechanic's findings, and being able to approve the fix without having to talk to anyone.

Everyone here was so nice and willing to help! I never felt like they were trying to upsell me, instead they gave me options and the reasons why I should do it. They explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. They gave me a loaner car when we found out that my car would need to be there over the weekend too. Everyone I talked to here was fantastic and their prices are super reasonable! I will happily take my car here again!

I've been taking my car to Steve's for about a year, aside from how expensive car repairs generally are it's always a good experience. This last time I took my car in was especially good because of the front desk employee Jacqui. I was leaving to go on a road trip and noticed my back window was rolled down when I tried to roll it up I would hear a grinding sound, the window was cleary broken. In a panic I called in and spoke to Jacqui who told me to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look at it. When I brought it, the mechanics looked it at, I was told that they were going to need to order a part to replace the judicator. Jacquie went out of her way to get the part and have them fix it as quickly as possible. I thought I was going to miss out on my first night at my hotel but because of Jacquie's actions I got my car back before 4 PM when I brought in at 1PM, talk about a quick turnaround. I want to personally thank Jacquie and all the mechanics who helped get my car fixed. Thank you guys for your hard work you really came through for me.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and not condescending attitudes in their techs, we got a pre purchase inspection here (best price we found on that too!) and had a very transparent and easy conversation with the service advisor and techs that inspected the car to have a clear vision of our pending vehicle. (also the snacks are pretty good even if the TV only plays 1 channel lol)

I'm very upset! We were told if we fixed our ac it would fix the problem. We spent $4800 on all of the repairs for that just for it to not work and then to be told we need a new transmission. When they should have started with that. I feel lied to and deceived! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!
