DO NOT GO FOR ALIGNMENTS! Went to Steve’s for a simple alignment as my steering wheel was crooked. After they gave me back my car they said it was in spec and should be good to go. However the steering wheel was still crooked and the car was still misaligned. Went back the next day and told them to realign it for me as it wasn’t done right the first time. They once again misaligned it and the steering wheel ended up crooked to the other side. Decided to take it to another shop as enough was enough and the other shop told me the car was terribly misaligned and no wonder I had issues. Terribly disappointed especially since Steve’s charges the most for alignments compared to many other shops. They also did not give me a spec sheet before and after the alignment. This was the spec sheet I received from another shop after TWO alignments from Steve’s.
Juan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're disappointed to hear that your alignment experience did not meet expectations, especially after returning for a follow-up adjustment. Our goal with every alignment is to ensure the vehicle drives properly and that the steering wheel is centered. While alignment results can sometimes be influenced by worn or damaged steering and suspension components, we understand your frustration when the concern was not resolved to your satisfaction. We would also like to clarify that our alignment pricing is competitive with other quality repair facilities in the area. While some shops may advertise lower-priced alignments, pricing can vary based on the equipment, procedures, and services included. We appreciate your feedback and will review your experience with our team as we continually work to improve our service.
