I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review since the guys at Steve's are so kind. But they were dishonest about the work my car needed. I took my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon in after it went into limp mode. Steve's told me it needed a new head gasket ($5,403) and new spark plugs and coils ($1,343), totally over $8,000 of work when you added taxes and labor. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to three other shops (Hyundai Dealership in Lindon, Car Doctor in Provo and Edgemont Auto in Provo). All three shops did the same tests that Steve's said they did and all three shops said my head gasket was fine, but my spark plugs and coils did need replacing. I got the job done at Edgemont for $527. I was really hurt by the dishonesty at Steve's. They would've replaced the spark plugs and coils (what my car actually needed) and pocketed over $5,500 for work my car didn't need. I would recommend getting second opinions on any work you have Steve's quoted for.

I just found my auto mechanic!!!! Amazing integrity, they talked me out of expensive repairs and diagnostics with an easy fix that other places quoted me $500 to "fix". I drive for Uber and I chose to try them after every rider has praised their integrity and reasonable fees.

You guys were great! I'm so happy I could bring in my car immediately and I was happy you fixed it quickly in just a couple of days. You spent time finding the best priced parts that would be available quickly. Excellent customer service and it was very generous to give me 40 off of an extra added unexpected repair. I needed tires so badly on my vehicle with winter coming. I've been digging myself out of financial debt for a few years now and one of my family members recommended Steve's. I drove down and explained my situation. They were so understanding and the prices were way more affordable than any other place I had been quoted for tires. Everywhere else wanted your first born child. They had to order them for me and even offered to Uber Me home until my vehicle was done. (Which I politely declined and asked them to call me when I needed to come back in) They got my new tires on quickly and the whole process was wonderful! I feel so much safer driving home now. Thank you guys sooo much!! I will be returning and referring.

My nieces car broke down near the shop, so it was our first time there, but things were diagnosed quickly and thoroughly with repairs done in a timely manner.
