Went in to change a headlight bulb on an 03’ Chevy van, got quoted SEVENTY DOLLARS to replace when the bulb is $10 per piece and the labor is less than 10 minutes. Stopped by the local auto zone and had it replaced in 5 minutes. Obvious price gauging for labor/parts and I feel bad for anyone stopping by for a very simple fix. Very unimpressed by everything going on here and after reading more reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. Don’t give these guys your business.

As we all have had experiences with automotive businesses, mostly unfortunate, in my own experience, I have to tell you about Steve's Automotive Specialists. In all of my life, and I am 66 and a female, I have never experienced such unbelievable professional service and repair as this company. First, they answer the phone and I mean every time. Every person you get is experienced, professional and courteous. We are all leary of being taken by mechanics but you can bet your life it won't happen here. This company prides itself on integrity, a lost value today. I want to give special Kudos to Randall and his associates for being so kind and helpful to me. I have just had a hip replacement and couldn't drive my car for the tire installation. This young man took it upon himself to come with his associate and retrieve my car, do all that needed to be done and return it the same day! UNBELIEVABLE. And he left my keys and invoice downstairs, as I am stuck upstairs while recovery. Never in my life or at least in the last 20 years have I seen such service, such kindness and respect. Steve...sir you are hiring the best and qualified people and my hat is off to you. My invoice was perfect, detailed and nothing was done that I could not afford at this time. Suggestions were made for future repairs, when I can afford it and then the young man, Randall says to me..."Now you don't have to come back to us, anyone can follow these guidelines". Well I can promise you I won't go anywhere else. And you shouldn't either. If you want honest, respectful and kind automotive service with people you can trust....this is the place. Period. If I could leave 100 stars, I would. We live in a world of dishonesty, greed and self centeredness. Steve's Automotive Services does not lower to that level of behavior. And lastly, as I was calling around for the best price for tires, I called Discount Tires...I knew that I also needed an oil change and perhaps other minor repairs. Discount Tires referred me to Steve's Automotive Specialist!! At a loss to them. Un real. So run, don't walk to this place for all of your automotive repairs and needs...and the prices are very reasonable as well. 100 Stars plus! Ask for Randall...or anyone, they are all wonderful and professional.

This place doesn't stand behind their warranty work. And they overcharge everything. I would think twice before going here and then I would go somewhere else. When another repair shop confirms the problem after I show them the paperwork and the repair you guys did a little over year ago, because I wanted to make sure,and they tell me to go back and get the warranty work done, 5yr/ 50kmiles And you say it's not.
